Cafes, Culture and Style: Punjab’s Cool New Spots

A smart new cafe has popped up near PPR Market in Jalandhar. It’s called The Revision Cafe—and it’s not just for sipping coffee.

Run by three partners, the cafe doubles up as a coaching hub for students from Classes 9 to 12. From 2 to 7 pm, it’s study time, and that means customers must follow one rule: silence, please.

To keep things chill, they’ve added a full library and board games like chess. It’s also a favorite for work-from-home folks who enjoy snacks while finishing their deadlines.

But it doesn’t stop there—The Revision Cafe is now offering painting classes too. It’s caffeine, coaching, and creativity, all under one roof!

Meanwhile, in Patiala, theatre lovers got a real treat. The National School of Drama Repertory Company teamed up with NZCC to celebrate 60 years of theatre with a three-day festival.

Staged at the historic Kalidas Auditorium, the event showcased plays like ‘Mai Ri Main Kaise Kahun,’ ‘Babu Ji’ and the classic ‘Laila Majnu.’

Back in Mohali, Looks Privé just launched its first high-end salon in the region at HLP Gallerria. The 3400 sq ft beauty space blends clean luxury with wellness, shaping the future of self-care in style.
