Scorsese's Next Crime Epic Stars DiCaprio, Johnson & Blunt

Martin Scorsese is bringing another crime drama to the big screen, this time set in Hawaii. The film, still untitled, features a star-studded cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Dwayne Johnson, and Emily Blunt.

The story follows a ruthless Hawaiian crime boss from the 1960s and 70s. He fought rivals and corporations to control the underworld while protecting his land. The script, written by Nick Bilton, promises a gripping rise-to-power tale.

This project marks another team-up for Scorsese and DiCaprio, who have collaborated on The Departed and Gangs of New York. Johnson and Blunt, who starred together in Jungle Cruise, reunite as well.

Johnson, who has deep ties to Hawaii, has long wanted to make a film set in the islands. He and Blunt pitched the idea to Scorsese and DiCaprio, who brought Bilton on board to write the script.

The film will be produced by Scorsese, Johnson, DiCaprio, Blunt, Bilton, and others. Bilton will begin writing once everything is set in place.

With Scorsese at the helm and a powerhouse cast, this promises to be a must-watch crime thriller.
