Salman’s Comeback Shuts Down Age Gap Trolls

Salman Khan made a bold statement at the trailer launch of his upcoming film ‘Sikandar’. He addressed the chatter around the 31-year age gap between him and co-star Rashmika Mandanna with a cheeky comment that got fans talking.

The superstar said, “If Rashmika and her father have no problem, why does anyone else?” He even joked that when Rashmika has a daughter and she becomes a star, he’ll act with her too—with the mom’s permission, of course.

The event, held under tight security, also saw Salman showering praise on Rashmika. He lauded her dedication, pointing out how she juggled between ‘Pushpa 2’ and ‘Sikandar’, even after injuring her leg.

Salman, 59, seemed unfazed by expectations, saying he still enjoys filmmaking and now finds it easier with experience. “The enthusiasm is still there,” he smiled.

He credited his massive fanbase for the box office success of his movies. “Festive or not, people’s love helps my films cross Rs 100 or 200 crore,” he added.

Directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, ‘Sikandar’ is set to hit theatres on Eid, March 30. Fans are already counting down for what promises to be a typical Salman blockbuster.
