Veteran actress and MP Jaya Bachchan is back in the spotlight, this time for her fiery temper. At a prayer meet for late actor Manoj Kumar, a fan’s photo attempt triggered a sharp response.
A viral video shows Jaya speaking with a group of women when an elderly lady taps her shoulder. As Jaya turns, a man tries to snap a picture, and Jaya quickly shuts him down, even brushing off the woman’s extended hand.
The moment lit up social media. Some users slammed her for being rude, while others defended her, saying a prayer meet isn’t selfie time.
One user noted, “It’s not a place for pictures – she could’ve still been polite though.” Another user said, “You don’t click photos at funerals. She did the right thing.”
The prayer meet was held in Mumbai to honor legendary actor Manoj Kumar, who passed away last Friday. He’s known for classics like “Shaheed” and “Roti Kapda Aur Makan.”
The event saw many Bollywood veterans show up, from Aamir Khan to Anu Malik. But it’s Jaya’s moment of anger that’s stolen the show online.
