Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has a message for his trolls—he’s far from finished. On Friday, Kashyap fired back at critics who said he’s “frustrated and gone.”
Kashyap recently moved out of Mumbai to a city in South India. But he says that doesn’t mean he’s done with filmmaking.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he made it clear: “I’m here and I’m busier than Shah Rukh Khan.” He joked that he has to be, since he doesn’t make SRK-level money.
He revealed he’s booked with projects until 2028. Kashyap said, “I said no to three projects a day,” and has five directorial ventures lined up.
His latest film “Kennedy” even premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023. The movie stars Sunny Leone and Rahul Bhat and is still waiting for its release.
Kashyap also recently acted in “Maharaja” (2024) with Vijay Sethupathi. So, if anyone thinks he’s done, they might want to check his IMDB page first.
