Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh is back in the spotlight with his latest track, “Tension Mitra Nu Hai Ni.” While many fans love the energetic tune, others are not impressed, calling it a song for kids.
A viral Instagram post by Brown Munde TV criticized the song, saying, “Bro, make songs for 12-year-old kids.” Some users also mocked Diljit’s dance moves, questioning why he was “jumping like this” at 41 years old.
The comments didn’t stop there. One user called the lyrics “average,” while another joked that “ChatGPT could write better songs.” Some even said his jokes were more entertaining than the track itself.
Despite the negativity, many fans stood up for Diljit. Supporters called the song “fun and exciting” and praised him for representing Punjabi music globally.
Several fans brushed off the critics, saying success attracts jealousy. “With every hit he drops, some people just can’t handle it,” a user commented.
The track release comes right after Diljit’s successful Dil-Luminati India Tour. The tour wrapped up in Ludhiana after electrifying cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
Love it or hate it, Diljit knows how to get people talking, and “Tension Mitra Nu Hai Ni” is proof of that.
