Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is all set to step into Bollywood. Filmmaker Karan Johar announced on Wednesday that Ibrahim will debut under the Dharma Productions banner. While details of the project aren’t out yet, fans are excited to see what’s in store.
In an Instagram post, Johar shared his enthusiasm about introducing Ibrahim, someone he says comes from a family he has admired for 40 years. He described the family as one deeply connected to cinema, with films practically running in their blood.
Ibrahim was previously part of the industry as an assistant on Johar’s 2023 film “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani.” This acting debut, however, marks a major step forward for Saif and Amrita’s younger child.
Johar reminisced about his memories with the family, recalling his time with Amrita Singh during her earlier films like “Duniya.” He shared heartwarming stories of their first meeting and how she treated him like family.
He also mentioned his experiences with Saif Ali Khan, calling him young, suave, and charming, qualities he sees reflected in Ibrahim. Karan noted that his bond with the family has evolved across generations, having worked with Saif and Amrita earlier, and now looking forward to collaborating with their kids.
This announcement comes as Dharma continues its tradition of introducing new talent to Bollywood. Fans now eagerly await details of Ibrahim’s debut project, which promises to be an exciting milestone in his career.
